Terrible experience the entire time coming here, always difficult to get a hold of someone no matter if youre in need of an appointment or are out of medication. Office always running late. Unprofessional and rude management. Office doesnt explain payment options correctly then send you a bill to pay. Dont waste your time or money here.

Dr. Mostafa is difficult to get a hold of. I was prescribed a medication, then had no follow up or check in about how it was faring. No re-fill either. Not to mention Mostafa was 20 minutes late to one of our Telehealth meetings, highly unprofessional. She is supposed to be working in tandem with my therapist, but that seems to be an issue. The lack of urgency to follow up with patients about their progress with medication is extremely concerning/odd.

I left multiple messages and called multiple times for my psychiatrist to contact me because I was having an emergency. Havent heard anything back. It has been 4 business days. Due to a change in insurance etc. they know that I am unable to take my name brand medication and they are aware that my cat is dying among other things. On this same day, I was hung up on when I called 988. Additionally, it has been 5 days since the reported emergency and 4 business days in total. This is unacceptable and discouraging.

Dont go here. Dr. Mostafa is difficult to get a hold of and even more difficult to handle medication management with. During my first appointment I outlined that I am prone to the rare allergic reaction, DRESS syndrome. It almost killed me in October 2022. Due to an insurance change, I had to get off of the medication that was working for me and trusted Dr. Mostafa to guide me accordingly. She prescribed me a medication that causes DRESS syndrome. When she was alerted, she still insisted me taking the same medication that has started causing the swelling just at a lower dose. When I went to visit her in person about this matter, she was completely unhelpful and essentially told me because of my insurance this was my best option. She didnt attempt to contact my insurance or anything to assist me as she said she wouldinstead she asked me about the doses of medications she put me on and suggested that I took my dose high when she is the prescribing doctor. I do not recommend.
