        Can't get a prescription refill due to Dr. Henry not practicing and the doctors who are in her place are giving me the run around for BLOOD PRESSURE meds. I've had to get 2 EMERGENCY refills due to no response for request for meds. Keep getting run around and sent messages in the patient portal to be declined for prescription refill. They never answer the phone and I keep having to call to get a REFILL! This has been a nightmare due to having to get a NEW doctor and that appt. isn't until June and now I can't get a refill.

        This office is very disorganized, they don't seem to know what they are doing. I had the worst experience. I tried to get my mom's BP medicine and they declined her refill request . When she saw the doctor last she was told to call the office if she needs refills. After a week of me calling the office a list once a day and the pharmacy sending request, we still have no blood pressure medicine. This is considered neglect, when you know that your patient needs blood pressure medicine and you don't care to provide it. This is unacceptable. I never wrote a bad review for anything, but this time I had to.

        Dr. Nichol-Joiner is a bit brief when discussing symptoms. Trying to get a Rx refilled is badly broken. They want you to use a "web portal". Requests made through the web portal are ignored for many days. Messages to Physician through the portal are also ignored. Calls from a phone get routed to a general Emory call center, who promises that that doctor or nurse on duty will call back - but the call never comes. I've been going here for several years because of its location. The first doctor was good, but he's long gone. I've had it, and need to find a different clinic.

        Emory doctors and staff are the best...I have always heard that about Emory...and it's true! Staff provided me with the best customer experience. Dr. Bobba was outstanding...very thorough and professional.
