Our daughter loves the environment at Kyle's studio. It is such a safe and positive environment for her. As a teen girl that's exactly what she needs to keep her mindset on track. We're so glad she has these people to lead her. They are concerned about her mental and physical health and skill as opposed to belt colors and tests.

My experience at this dojo has been an amazing experience. The fundamentals of traditional Brazilian jiu jitsu are exceptionally taught well by instructor Dr Kyle Fogel along side with judo techniques. This dojo takes anyone in as a member of their family. From my experience Dr fogel turns students into warriors that keep that fire for the love for Brazilian jiu jitsu and Judo.

Coach Kyle has helped my wife, sons and daughters all get trained up for self defense, competitions, conditioning and mental well being and health. Our family is so much more unified and confident in themselves to walk in the daily world knowing we all have an incredible base line for self defense and the will to succeed. My wife and daughters have had a complete revolution within themselves as women and they are expressing themselves in such an incredible way. I am so grateful to be part of such a fulfilled family. All the other families that attend the class are always so encouraging and incredibly supportive. Thanks coach for the life changing experience

Ive been training here for almost 9 months, this is my second main gym and I have visited a half dozen others. Based on my experiences at other gyms I would say the training here is next level. Classes have elements of Judo, BJJ, drilling and conditioning. Coach Kyle pushes us every class to be the best all around martial artists we can be. This is a safe place to train, all the students are considerate and always willing to help each other learn. Overall an awesome place to train!

Was a great place to learn and get into bjj. The community was fantastic very friendly and welcoming. The experience was great to come in with no skills in the sport and the rapidly develop them throughout the training. The training environment is very safe. I was only able to go for close to two months before moving away, but it was a great time at every practice.
Highly recommended.
