        I'd leave a 0 if I could. They give a decent rate at first then over time they increase the charges. Policy renewed & though I'm over 50 with zero violations, the rates have gone to nearly $6 a day for a 20 year old vehicle. It's ok if you're desperate but not for long term coverage. It's a huge hugo rip off

      Hello S Swans. I believe you have the wrong insurance agency. This is the Hugo A Zamora Agency with American Family Insurance. This is not "Hugo Insurance"; they are a completely different insurance company. I just look at our system and you're not an American Family Insurance Customer. Can you please remove this review.
