Sugar Hill Christian Academy

Amazing school! Wonderful facility. We only left due to Mrs. Oliver. She is the pre k teacher who is not patient or kind to her students. She constantly complained that my son was disruptive for being an outgoing 4 year old. She is eager to control the students. She even called him immature for his age. Notified staff and seeing how this is not her first complaint I hope that they are properly addressing this matter. It was enough for me to leave the school.

We so want our son to go to this awesome school next year. He is at North Gwinnett Middle as a 6th Grader. He had a Disciplinary matter in January and this school flat shut down our 12 year old little boy. Im not defending his actions but defending His right to improve. I am not going to judge anyone but the foundation of any Christian is the spirit of forgiveness and acceptance, which is clearly not shown by this academy. So sad.

Our son has been here for the last 3 years and he absolutely loves SHCA. Teachers and staff are kind and encouraging. We love the fact that he enjoys learning bible verses and bible stories. He often speaks kindly of his teachers. We enjoy listening to stories/plans about his classmates on the daily basis. This is surely a great environment for children to grow in the love of God, develop good characters and excel academically. We cant wait for our daughter to start here this coming Fall.

We moved our boys from public school to Sugar Hill Christian Academy for the 2020/2021 school year- they were in 7th and 9th grade at the time. It has been a wonderful experience. The kids are so encouraging, the other families are amazing, the teachers and staff are wonderful. Middle School and High School are tough and I am so grateful they are in a Christian environment. They are both so much happier- I feel this is helping them thrive. It was one of the best parenting decisions we have made.
