I didn't receive services at this salon BECAUSE when I called the stylist seemed to be offended by my questions. I'd like to point put that first impressions start at the point of FIRST contact. Professionalism and courtesy starts from initial contact. I am not a stylist so naturally I have questions about what to expect. As a business owner, you are marketing your services at all times. Start with being open and kind and explain things. I am a faithful client until I experience disdain or rudeness. Kindness goes a long way. If you have a question about your style and don't know everything beforehand, go elsewhere.

Courtney is knowledgeable and really educates you on your type of hair and what styles and processes would work well She is excellent at helping you decide styles that are complimentary to the client. I have gone through several stylists for various reasons, she works for me. Courtney is also very congenial and customer service oriented. Thanks Courtney.

FIRST we got there a lil late and COURTNEY waited on me and my baby to get there. SHE DID A GREAT JOB IN BAE'S LOCKS. HE NEEDED A REPAIR AND SHE HANDLED THAT. SHE ALSO DID MY HAIR AS WELL. LOVE IT!!! DID NOT WANT BIG BRAIDS LIKE THE YOUNGER WOMEN AND SHE GAVE ME EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. WILL BE BACK

Set up an appt the day before for cornrows was told 2:30p. Arrived on time only for stylist not to be there. Called and she said she accidentally overbooked and asked us to come back at 5:30p. Came back and she still wasnt ready and asked for another 30min. An HOUR later and after we left she then says she wont be able to get to us. Totally unprofessional and a waste of my time today. Will not recommend.
