        Forklift operator refused to load me . Crate had to be picked from the side. Low pallet but not a big deal .Asked him if he could put some wood blocks under the crate but that would've been too much work for him . He wanted a different truck instead so he can pick the crate from the front , so I lost a 3 day load If somebody from management reads this please explain your forklift operators that not everybody is paid by the hour. Drivers are not getting paid if they don't do the load. If a forklift operator can't or doesn't want to lift a crate from the side he might want to look for another job. It doesn't cost anything to be nice .
