Bed Bath & Beyond

I understand why they are going under. No one at the store knows anything about what they sell, they are all not happy to be there, so sad. Customer service does not exist, trying is futile as they are not trained at all. I was not yet  willing to cut them off after they dipped their paws into the woke politics and  cancelled mike lindell but after tonight... mike lindell just got an order for 2 sets of sheets. I can wait a few days for the sheets to arrive. So sad that supporting local stores has become an inpossible task. Shameful, and if I worked there, I would be ashamed. Close it down.

The employees at the Buford, GA location are rude!!!!!!  Over the years, I have come across different rude employees.  I will never shop at this store again because they don't care about the customer.  If I was rude at a customer at Best Buy, I would have gotten written up or even fired.

Just visited bed Bath and and there's not a lot of staff around but WHEN we did have help they were 100% awesome!  A young lady named Sherleen came to help us find curtains (that can be kind of confusing with the lengths 84&95 and they all look alike! ) but she tried ... when we were checking out buying the three of the sixth that we needed we asked them to call another store locally to see if they had it... And the manager popped over and said do you mind if I go double check myself because I believe that we have them! I was like... "Absolutely that would be great"...her name was Melinda! then she returned and called the other BBB and found one more curtain for us and reserved it for pick up tomorrow. We were just so appreciative of their willingness to help us even though they were clearly short staffed... And they both had fantastic attitudes! Very grateful !  Love BBB and will keep going back to Mall fo GA store because of them! Thank you - very pleased customer.

I like this store.  I usually review the products and go online before I go into the store.  If I know what I want I go ahead and order and pay for it.  Then I go into the store grab my bag and go.  I returned one item and had no problem with the return.  Always keep the box and tape the receipt inside of the box.  That way you will always know where the receipt is.

10 minutes ago I asked a Sales Associate for assistance and she asked me to wait one minute. 10 minutes later I am still waiting and she has left the area. No follow up at all. Where customer service when you need it!
