Buford Children's Academy

I was let down by the owner and staff here. We knew our child would have a hard time being separated from us but the owner reassured me all kids do and that they would be patient. Within less then a week they told us our child was not a good fit. I would understand this if any effort was put in on their part. We observed a teacher often on her phone instead of trying to support our child or any others. Other teachers came in the classroom to shake their head and roll their eyes. There was no support or kindness. I feel like they just wanted to take our money then send us on our way. We got our child into another school and hes doing so good. The big difference with the other scoop is that the teachers are patient and kind.

My son absolutely loves Buford Childrens Academy. Frankie Noad is amazing. She always upbeat and has a great attitude! The activities and special events are so cute. The location is perfect for my commute and the entire staff is so helpful! Keep up the amazing work!

If I could give them no stars I definitely would. My nephews which are black boys 3 and 4 started this daycare yesterday. The daycare knew both boys where non-verbal, and would require a little more help, but instead of trying to help them, they were discriminated against really treated unfairly. My 3 year old nephew also obtained a knot on the front of his head. My sister was called by one of the Workers and was informed her boys could no longer be there and needed to be picked up. The worker said it wasnt going to be a good fit and they boys need a lot more help than they had to offer. My sister was stunned, I mean how could they make that determination in less than two hours. Like really they werent given a fair chance at all So disappointing how children who require extra help are treated this way. So so sad. My sister is so upset and hurt by this. She really thought it would be a great fit for the boys, based on all the daycare said they had to offer. My sister is a single parent raising two boys who require a little more help than some. This was my nephews first time ever attending daycare, my sister has to work to care for them financially and now she has to worry about this. She is now afraid to take a chance with another daycare This is a very sad, horrible and unfortunate experience. Smh
