This company was recommended to me by my USAA insurance for damage from a leaking water heater. George Webster came out the same day as reported. He was extremely cordial and knowledgeable. I have had to pay thousands of dollars to correct this company's work. From electrical to painting, I discover a new issue everyday and this company does not stand by their warranty. I gave up raising concerns during the construction process because I was met with so much friction, and unfortunately, all of those concerns have come to fruition. Trim - Nearly all crown molding trim is cracking within (6) months of installation along caulk lines. Paid a 2nd contractor to remedy. Flooring / Nosing - Poor flooring installation. Large gaps in flooring that was filled with cheap wood filler that is now cracking. Yellow glue showing through large gaps between boards. Stair nosing lose. Painting - Used the cheapest paint possible on our drywall. Walls turning black along all cut lines near trim and beadboard. Cannot clean walls without leaving permanent scuff marks. Electrical - Wired new disposal and existing microwave together causing them to constantly trip. Had to hire a different electrician to wire new disposal to our 2nd panel.

I never made it past estimating. Courteous in the beginning, but as time went along they were very short and not cooperative. In the end, I never received a proper estimate. For example, they wouldn't tell me what kind of stain they would use on the wood floors. Instead they kept insisting that I sign authorization so they could proceed. Seems very shady. Be cautious. Service: General repairs
