Ben and his team did some remodeling on our older ranch house which needed some major updates. They removed part of a wall and a ridiculously odd closet to open up our living space. They also put in new flooring. The remodel went smoothly and right in the time frame promised. We are very very happy. Thank you Ben!

Ben and his crew created a beautiful pantry that we absolutely LOVE beyond words We were very frustrated with the limited ability to maximize our pantry space which had only three shelves yet all this unused space. Ben worked with us on designs and suggested the butcher shelf-brilliant! He not only maximized our pantry but also our door so we could store additional items. And we LOVE the butcher shelf which I use all the time to fill my baking dish with required ingredients without having to haul all the stuff onto the kitchen island. Ben has a warm and genuine disposition and is thorough in ensuring the project is completed on schedule. And, may I add reasonably priced for a contractor! Thank you Ben!

I don't recommend Iron Ladder contracting. The bathroom did turn out beautiful after I finished the punch list Iron Ladder refused to complete. They refused to install GFCI outlets, fill missing grout, patch drywall, fix paint misses, and install our lights evenly. But instead Iron Ladder refused and threatened to put a lien on my home. He posted photos of my home without my permission. I'd also wish to mention the damages Iron Ladder did to my home. The biggest was that a worker fell through the second story floor and crashed into my kitchen through the ceiling. They spilled a 5 gallon bucket of water, which leaked down through to the next floor. There were numerous damages to my walls and doors around my home. They left nails on my deck for me to step on. They left trash in my backyard. I'd also like to mention that it was understood that the project would take 2-3 weeks to complete. Instead it took them over 3 months and they didn't finish. During this time I had to endure a giant dumpster in my driveway and half my garage was filled with tools and supplies. They left the hole in my downstairs ceiling until the end, so it rained dust in my kitchen nearly the whole time. Ben also never seemed to take notes. We'd decide on a color or a measurement, and he'd ask us again and again because he forgot. He also miscalculated measurements. We ran out of tile mid project because he miscalculated and to make it worse, they stopped selling replacement tile to match.
