        Charley Hipple and Cardinal Construction designed and built our home in 2020, and we are so pleased with all the details and the process. The home is exactly what we are looking for. Charley has an eye for design and detail that really helped us out. We would definitely hire them again.

        Do not do business with this group!! Does not pay subcontractors. Sent statements multiple times, spoke with Charlie (owner) on more than one occasion, who promised payment, and still nothing after nearly 9 months. Texts, emails and invoices go unanswered. Buyer beware...
