WOW! There's no doubt that this is a great company. The technicians are very knowledgeable and are experts in their craft. They are quick to admit that they might now know everything but will not leave you hanging without resolution for your problem. Brian Turner is an expert printer guru and one of the best they have. Their entire team is willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is always first and taken care of. Just a phone call or email and it's taken care of. Reach is an awesome company to work with. They were able to quickly find and order a product for our organization that was in short supply and challenging to find. We were a small order for their company, yet their customer service went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and that our order reached us in time despite shipping delays outside of their control. More sales people than technology repair people. They said they would send a technician out- and then two days later had a sales person call instead of a technician to try and sell us a new copier twice.
