        I want to start this review with Ive had Velox for years and have multiple cars on said account, you would think they would value that kind of customer. Wrong..story time. I called as I usually do to make my monthly payment, for context, once again Ive had them for years and EVERY TIME Ive called and my policy is up for renewal I was informed and given the price to renew this time however i was informed my policy has been canceled. Apparently the last payment I made was not for the renewal amount. I was later told there was a note on my account that said refused to renew at this time which is a completely false statement. I was then told there was nothing they could do about it by a manager and was made to pay a rewrite of the policy disappointing to say the least, god forbid something happened durning this time Id be completely screwed.
