Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I wouldn't book birthday party for my kids ever at this place! Too crowded on weekends and kids need to wait in long lines for a ride. For a birthday party I attended recently on Feb 4th 2024, during the two hours of our party time, my kids were able to try only ONE ride due to long wait times everywhere. Obviously due to too much crowd, the noise level increased as well, which is understandable. On top of this, music was played at high volumes! I understand it's good business but the big question is are the customers who are checked-in feeling comfortable inside with such high noise level and excessive crowd. Setting a customer intake limit to a reasonable level would be ideal. It may be in conformance with the county set permissible limit for the total inmate count, but having a threshold above a limit affects children's satisfaction level.

It is just soooooo dirty in there. Please do better. Increase the cleaning staff, put more garbage cans, empty the few overflowing garbage cans often, sweep the floor regularly, have a maintenance crew dedicated to the eating areas. It is ridiculous to claim you are the world's cleanliest indoor theme park and we are paying top dollars to see trash everywhere. Please do better.

Rating is due to the new policy. We over ordered socks at the counter and gave the cashier cash. Before we received the socks we realized, we requested too many. The cashier said there's a no refund policy on socks. I said yes I understand but we never received the socks and they aren't used so that policy doesn't fit this scenario. So we requested the manager and he advised the policy changed a week ago. I felt it was ridiculous and I wanted to turn up but the manager made it right. That was the worst part of my experience. Other than that, staff is respectful and friendly. Establishment and restroom was clean. The food isn't that great and price is high but that's just my opinion. There's a lot to do to keep your children busy and happy for hours. At the end of the day that's what it's all about!
