Trailer Rental at U-Haul

I made a reservation for a pickup truck a week ago. On my reservation email it said they accept all major credit and debit cards. Upon arrival I was told that they have stipulations that the website doesn't state. They won't allow you to drive their trucks out of the city. They won't rent to anyone unless they have a Capital One or Discover credit card. Debit cards issued by local banks are not accepted. They said people who use debit cards will steal their trucks. That's funny given how I've rented from uhaul several times with no issues. I had even purchased the damage insurance on my reservation. I hope they enjoy their eye candy pickup trucks, because evidently nobody is allowed to rent them.

Do not rent from this location,They will rent the equipment that you have reserved and allow people to extendThe vehiclesThen when you arrive your vehicle is not available, because they have allowed the current renter to extend it with full knowledge of knowing that vehicle is already reserved for the next renter, they have no care of inconveniencing you for greed, there are a lot of other places to rent from then this location
