        UPS is officially the worst. We have 2 businesses on our property no other delivery service has a problem finding our address. Every time something is delivered with UPS it says our address was undeliverable last time when I finally got my item a week after it was supposed to be here it was broken and left in the rain. We'll see how long it takes to get my package this time we live in the middle of downtown it's not like our house is hard to find or get to.

      Ivey,Sorry to hear about this issue receiveing your package, Here at The UPS Store we do not have any control over the packages being delivered in Brunswick, The Hub for UPS and where all the packages move through is on Coast Street, also in Brunswick so we see this confusion all the time. If you would like to opt in to the Access Point program that is when we can help you out with holding your packages in our store for up to 7 days. We hope this this informaiton is helpful and would appreciate the reconsideration of the review as its not related to our store. Thank you!
