        Nick was fine but he was stressed. He emptied 2 rats from Tanglefoot pads and set up some Snaptraps. He never went up into the attic to check traps there; traps that were set up 2 weeks ago. Not good. He was overbooked and had to leave after 20 minutes for Saint Marys. The service we have received from Purcor so far sucks. Peachtree was way move attentive and professional. We are considering changing vendors.
