I have not had a good experience with Mayfield law. As I was told my case was waiting to go through the court process by one of his paralegals,& then later when I called Mr. Alex Mayfield I was told my case had been dropped by his firm back months before! No emails, no certified mail?! Yet he claimed he had sent all above. No proof given to me to show me the date he had let go of my case,& sent me the info telling me so! And if he had sent certified mail did he not realize I had NOT received it,& followed through?I had already been through a disposition& had much hope given to me that they his firm would stand against Dollar General & my injuries. Months went on after my deposition,& as I was told by one of his paralegals my case was waiting for its turn in court. But then months later was told by Mr. Alex Mayfield himself when I called him personally he said he did not see making money on my case? Months after he had removed himself from it,& no written notice had I received he had dropped it?Im left very confused after waiting for months for what I thought my day in court with A big company as Dollar General was in process! He keeps saying he sent my notice,& I keep asking for proof dating back to the month in October he sent notice. How do you get that kind of proof from a lawyers firm? Attorneys Bar association? Bad enough to be treated like I was from Dollar General& them not caring I was injured, but two attorneys messing up my chances of my case ever being heard! I wonder if you have ever told anyone else you let go of their case without notice of doing so?
