Sorry Coastal, but after losing Jay Floyd as my long term primary doctor you switched me to a nurse provider without letting me know Dr. Floyd was leaving. Then that NP left and you gave me a different NP. Then I had an actual doctor that left 3 months later. This was all within a year and a half. I just called to have my prescription refilled and was told because the last doctor to see me is no longer with the practice I have to come in to be seen byanother doctor. Your operation is clown shoes and I can see why your turnover is high. Thanks for nothing.

I have always got the best of care from PA Wendy Meadows and will continue going there as long as she is there
