        We are currently staying here until our house is renovated! The General Manager has told us that we can't extend our stay because she has to make room for Sea Island employees! I have made several calls to the Choice Privileges Hotline with no response or immediate rectification! I am not pleased at the fact that the General Manager is being allowed to run this place as if it's her own personal hotel!!!

        We arrived around 11:00pm and checked into our room. I got in the shower and got a wash cloth it was covered in something black. I then pull the blankets back and see makeup all over the pillow cases and crud on the sheets. As I am taking the sheets off to take to the front office, my husband notices that there is a broke clear pipe next to the bed and next to it. I went to the office and told the man working and he came to look at it. He said he would change rooms and let his manager know. We get to the second room to find out we were put in a room with two full size beds. We had a king room, so we had to sleep in separate beds. If it had not been so late and if I had not paid with my cc we would have left. The next morning I inform the lady at the front desk and her response was you got an upgrade on your room. Its not what I wanted to have to sleep in separate beds on vacation? She said yeah the girl cleaning rooms quit because she has criticized her about her cleaning. This was the start of our vacation. Rooms: Awful! Crack pipe busted in floor beds covers were nasty
