        New Home my parents in there 70's purchased a year ago so many things wrong with this home. So where to begin, the electrical breaker are under sized and constantly tripping. The floor is coming up, the HVAC equipment is a 3 ton unit on a home that's 2200sqft is drastically undersized. The electrical disconnect on the outdoor HVAC eguipment is 60amps and the unit is a 30 amp unit. (FIRE HAZARD). AND GETTING SOMEONE TO RESPOND AND CALL YOU BACK IS IMPOSSIBLE.
