The most unprofessional Bank in Brunswick! Worse experience ever! They charge their members 10.00 to replace a debit card! Call customer service you sit on hold for 35minutes only to be disrespect by someone in their home branch in (Alabama) Anyone opening up a new account in the Bwk area it's Best to go to Vystar or Marshal Credit Union! This bank doesn't appreciate their members. It's almost for them to do a fair investigation because they always go against the member even after providing documentation

ITM is often down, no drive thru tellers anymore. App mobile deposit doesn't work most of the time. Only reason I gave 3 stars is the employees are friendly.

Never deposit a check in person, if you cant use it same day. Take it else where.
