Budget Car Rental

Really wish the website was clearer on the fact that there's no way to drop a car off after hours, but the employees were very helpful.

I dont know where to begin. My daughter and family was trying to come see me for Thanksgiving and the lady that works there is really rude I would not take my daughters prepaid card nor will she take my major credit card over the phone. She had like she was mad because she was having to work on a holiday boo-hoo. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible horrible company....reserved a truck a month in advance for our huge move 12 hours away. The morning we we going to pick up truck and spend the day packing, they called to tell us that our truck had broken down and they were working on finding a replacement. They didn't communicate all morning...after a couple hours later we told budget that we needed them to make the horrible situation right. The lady told us that they would reimburse us the whole cost of the rental and pay for us to use U-Haul. Thankfully, U-Haul pulled through for us and had everything we needed to get the packing done for out 4 am departure time. Now, budget is saying that we misunderstood and is not doing what they promised to make their horrible mistakes right. If you have a big move that has a lot of moving parts that need to move smoothly, then I recommend that you not use this company. They will mess up all your plans and not make it right.
