I have had so many bad experiences with my previous purchase from this place and if it hadn't been 2 months and them already selling my trade I would take the vehicle back. So we're do I start. First off they sold my trade before they even had the payoff done on it which means they didn't have the title. Second they waited so long to pay it off that now I have 2 months worth of negativity towards my credit. Third I had issues as far as the financing of the vehicle. Nothing was explained to us from the finance manager. I still think I lied to the finance company about having an extended warranty. I found something in my paperwork and called my rep he said yeah that's it you can find the information online. Forth thing and this is really bothering I have had the car for 2 months it is now in the shop getting an oil change at the Ford place just cause I will not go back to Greenway. I get a phone call and they are telling me it needs fronts brakes, air filter, and Cabin filter. Now your telling me when it went through there so called inspection none of this was seen and it already needs an oil change. I don't usually write reviews just cause of where I work and I wouldn't want anyone to put trash about us, but this is is not good for business and I will not buy from this place again.

We were on vacation going from florida to augusta Ga when we started to have problems with our titan. It was making a terrible noise from the wheels. it was late Saturday so we jad to stay in a hotel until Monday First thing Monday I brought tle Titan into Greenway Nissan where I met up with service advisor Danielle Baggett. She was very attentive when I was explaning the vehicle issue with her She was very good about working me into the shops schedule She also was excellant on keeping me apprised of the progress on the car Since parts had to be ordered for the car and wouldn't be in until the next day she arranged for me to be transported to my hotel The truck was fixed early the next morning. Danielle was very through in explaning what was wrong and what they had to do to fix it. Danielle was very sensitive to the fact that we were from out of town and needed help She did everything possible to ease any concerns we may have had and getting us back on the road! SUPERIOR customer service all aound!!!!!! Thanks!!! Bill Nagy
