These guys were awesome. I shopped FOREVER online looking for just the right trailer. Found what I wanted here at Coastal Truck and Trailer. I gave them a call to be sure it was in stock and it was. Eric offered to hold the trailer for me until I could get there the following Monday. When I arrived, a gentleman directed me to the office where I met Eric. He was very friendly and helpful. We walked out to take a look at the trailer and it was exactly as advertised. If you've ever shopped for a trailer before, you'll know that this often not the case. Most places use stock photos and when you get there they either "can't find" the trailer pictured or it was "just purchased". That's when they show you the slightly more expensive trailer that they DO have in stock. None of that happened here. He had in stock what he advertised and it was the best price I found anywhere. He even had a matching wheel and tire for me to purchase as a spare. I would 100% recommend these guys to anyone buying a trailer. We purchased a trailer from Eric about a month and a half ago. The transaction went seamlessly. We are in Ohio and couldn't get down to GA right away and Eric held the trailer that we wanted for three weeks. When we arrived the trailer was ready for pickup, all paperwork processed and we were out of there in a half hour. That said, probably the most impressive aspect of our purchase was the ethical approach Eric takes to marketing! If the trailer is on his website, he has it in stock. ALL other vendors I considered had hundreds of trailers on their sites, but NONE were in stock. I would not hesitate to refer close friends and family to Eric for a trailer!
