I would give 0 stars if possible, but that was not an option. Ms. Elliott is a scam artist. Don't expect to get any refund of security deposit as she will charge for everything (even made up things). She charged for light bulbs, clogged air filter, and sent an ugly letter threatening to turn me over to a credit agency and add a minimum upcharge of $500 for doing so. She overcharged rent when requiring a moveout on the 21st of July, but we had to pay the full month. We moved in early at the same time in July the year before, and had to pay extra for the early move in. She likes to double dip. She not only is wanting to keep the security deposit, but charge hundreds of dollars in ridiculous damages. I'm a pastor, and I've not dealt with someone so unscroupulous very often. She stated in the ugly letter that there was no attempt to clean. That is a blatant lie. The apartment was well and deeply cleaned, and I witnessed it myself including the carpet cleaning (and I'm a neat freak). She will lie to get your money so buyer beware!
