What is less than zero...This place sucks! I haven't received my mail in three weeks. There are people here but won't answer. I went to another post office close by and they said that they can not help me. I must go to the Dresden location. It does not make any sense

I know the reviews for this place are horrible, and I'm not going to lie, when I got there I heard some of the people that work at the place, and they were highly unprofessional; however, I had a great experience. I walked in on a Wednesday and applied for my passport, the lady... forgot her name, but she was at counter #4 (clerk#85). She was super kind, professional, and articulate. She took care of me in like 15 mins. Four weeks later, got my new US generation passport, which btw looks super cool. Come on, give it a try! Good luck!

These reviews are misleading, likely from disgruntled folks out of touch with reality of the world we are currently experiencing as a collective, EMPLOYEES included. This was by far the best experience Ive had at the passport center. Walked right in, level set my expectations and they exceeded them. Be kind and they will be kind to you. Wonderful staff doing the best they can. :)
