Debbie did our taxes, she said we would get a good amount money back. We did and then we got a letter from IrS stating we had to pay 1,200 !!! Tried contacting her over phone and email and she refuses to get back to us.

We've used Debbie for years, my husband and I move to Florida 8 years ago. We decided this past year we would come back to Debbie as she's always done great by us. My whole family has used Debbie for years. She told me to over night my papers. Our file sat on her desk for well over a month. This has been going on for 5 months. We've called her office and cell. Left message after message, We've texted her and emailed. We simply can NOT get her to send our paper work back to us. Like I said before We've gone to Debbie for years and she's always been great. I am not sure what has happened here. Clearly this is not how you conduct business. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next. Please do your research before you use this women.

I will never have my taxes filed by anyone else. She's great at what she does and we always leave feeling more like friends than customers.
