Dawn was a God Send to me during my switch over from employee benefits to Medicare. Was also very knowledgeable about what secondary coverage would be best for me. I also had several personal questions and concerns about medical and pharmaceutical needs that she went above and beyond what one might expect from their insurance representative. Ms. Dawn kept me informed throughout the whole process. If you are turning 65 soon and need Medicare advise I highly recommend Dawn Cooke, you wont be disappointed. I feel as though she will always be there for me and my wife when she is ready for Medicare. Dawn is a true friend.
