Breman Georgia location. Manager (Indian man) was very rude and unprofessional. The carpet appears to look dirty inside room 221. The TV picture was dark and hard to view programming. They actually charge me for a room that was actually free by using my reward points and charged additional funds from my card that he couldn't explain why they did it. He yelled at me because I was explaining to him that this has never happened to me at other Wyndham hotels. Never again will I stay at this hotel. This place needs better management and someone with hospitality skills and experience with dealing with problems and problem solving. Nearby activities: Near Atlanta Food & drinks: Ok

The only thing good about this place is the location. Rented a room and when I opened the door the room smelled like urine, so we asked for another room and got there and it didnt smell like the first one, however; where they turn the sheet back to make it look fancy there was hair all over it. I was done. Went and told the lady at the front desk to just give me a refund, so she called the mgr and she came to the desk with an attitude bc I was inconveniencing them and the security guard that came with her looked like a drunk ogre, was barefoot, and mouthy. He went to 116 and came back and said nothing was wrong with that room, I guess not for him, bc he wasnt the one staying in it. But both of them were really rude and told me I was being rude. The mgr refunded my deposit and said shed have to call corporate and they probably wouldnt give her permission to do a refund, I figured then she probably wouldnt call to begin with, especially if she had to tell the the reason why. So I called corporate myself. Did I mention it took about an hour to book a room bc the girl said she had 1 day of training

The nicest microtel I've ever stayed in. And that's coming from a business traveler who stays in 240+ different hotels a year. This property is nicely updated, the linens are fluffy and high quality, My room was very clean. But the best part by far was the personnel. Tyler was an extremely helpful and friendly reception. Same goes for the young lady at checkout this morning. Even have to say sleeping on highway side of the property I did not experience a lot of interstate noise. It was quite disturbing to be woken at 6:00 a.m. to the garbage collection right outside my window. Note to manager But a very delightful experience overall and not your typical microtel
