I figured that since Tractor Supply owns Petsense, they would honor the military discount all day every day like Petsense does. How wrong I was. They actually gave me a dirty look when I asked about it, like it was suddenly a crime to save money. Thats fine. If I need dog food, Petsense in Villa Rica has the same products, consistently give a military discount, and have a buy 10 get one free program. Plus, I feel like they actually give a rip about their customers. Do better, TSC Bremen.

The staff not very helpful and act like they dont give a rip about anything. Tried finding an air filter for my lawn mower I purchased through them and was told if I didnt see it then they dont have it. Theyre not going to help you locate anything.

The first time I came in, I bought a blackstone and paid cash for it. The cashier cashed it out without entering the amount of money I gave him leaving him to have to do the math for my change. He could not do the math, therefore leaving me to tell him how much change to give me back. Thank God Im honest. That wouldve been an easy scam. Now tonight I go in for a pet wash at 6:30. Store closes at 8 on Mondays. Why is it this is the ONLY store out of 3 that I visit that closes the pet wash an hour and a HALF prior to the store closing? Ill just stick to the Cedartown store.

These people sale parts and can't even look up a part for you! Said they don't have the capability. I think it is more like the ability! Don't sale parts for equipment if you can't look them up and cross reference or to see if that part works or is correct! Disappointed and aggravated!
