I asked for rare to hopefully get no more than medium rare based on previous experience. I got uncooked. I struggled through it. I hate sending meat back. Otherwise it's a good value restaurant

I placed a pickup order from here and the salmon I received had PARASITES in it, multiple. I started picking it apart because at first I thought it was cartilage or something, but it was not. I called spoke with the manager and she told me to email her the picture, no response or refund. please dont order any fish from here!

My family and I were really excited to go to Longhorn for dinner, but boy, were we let down. We've been going there for ages, but this time was a big letdown. First off, we waited forever for our foodlike, over 45 minutes. And when it finally came, it wasn't even what we ordered. So frustrating! Our server was kinda gross, too. They kept playing with their hair while they were talking to us, and we even found some of it in our drinks and bread. Yuck! Plus, they were nowhere to be found when we needed them. We caught them hanging out at the bar-tops, eating with their buddies instead of taking care of their tables. Not cool! By the end of the night, we were so fed up that we just asked for the bill. We were hoping they'd maybe comp something since everything was so messed up, but nope. We left a pretty lousy tiponly 15% when we usually tip way more. It's a shame 'cause we used to love going to Longhorn, but after this experience, we're not sure we'll be back anytime soon.
