Exceptional. I have had the pleasure to work with Multi- Pak USA for years- JT and his team take quality care and customer service to a whole other level. I have many vendors and they are all wonderful- but Multi-Pak literally cares about the success of our business as much as we do- if not MORE! Can not thank you all enough

This was my first time designing and importing plastic bags (actually anything) from overseas. I looked at many different ways to do this and finally decided on Multi-Pak. The reason I chose them is because I dealt direct with JT and I could tell right away that he stood behind his word. He answers his phone and his emails promptly and made me feel like a valued customer from the beginning. The other suppliers I checked with left me feeling uncomfortable. We are a very small company and were committing a significant amount of our resources to this project. JT took the time to help me understand the process. The bags just arrived and the quality is exactly what I was hoping for and they look great! I am very happy with the price, quality, and most importantly service of Multi-Pak USA. Unfortunately there just aren't that many companies that do business like this any more.

It’s not too often you can call a large company and speak to someone live right away. I truly appreciate that. It’s not often that the live person you’re speaking to is the owner ... who cares! I really appreciate that! The attitude and service with this company is exceptional… And the pricing is extremely competitive. It’s no wonder they are so successful!
