        This Papa Johns started off pretty decent. We moved over here two years ago. However, they have gone completely downhill. Tonight we ordered a pizza online requesting for extra sauce. Once the pizza arrive my kids started eating a few slices. As I sit down, I realize there wasnt hardly any sauce on the pizza. So I call them to see about correcting the issue. Long story short the young lady that was on the phone tells me that the manager will refund me the money on my debit card. (However, I paid cash). So when I tell her theres no way you can refund me since I paid cash, the managers tell her to tell I cant give you a refund. I can give you a 35% discount instead since youve already ate some of the pizza. Not only was he rude and arrogant, but he refused to give me his name to contact corporate about the matter . After this third horrible experience, I will no longer be giving this particular Papa Johns my business .
