Serenity Orthodontics - Braselton

Just had my braces removed today and I am in love with the results!! Getting them removed was easy and fast. Everyone there is so kind and I highly recommend getting your treatment done there! Thank you! Update: 1/10/23 I got my upper retainer replaced due to some gum work and the team at Serenity was so helpful and didn't even charge me for it! 2nd UPDATE again: my child NEVER received treatment here, all we asked for was an pre determination and they billed our insurance. This happened in the summer and our insurance company still has not been refunded. I spoke with Tracy this morning and she said they never billed our insurance they just received money from our insurance where my husband requested a pre determination yet the checks were cashed and my insurance has still not been refunded. They are blaming our insurance and at this point ALL we want is to be refunded and confirmation that it was refunded! Thats ALL. This review is not based off of the orthodontist considering we never made it that far. My daughter had a free consultation at the Braselton location which seemed okay. We received our estimate for my daughters treatment plan and when we started to ask questions about the price the lady at this location was extremely rude. I have worked in customer service in the financial industry for a very long time and cant imagine being so rude when people have simple questions.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. When I got home from getting my bottom braces in, one bracket popped off a tooth. I went back to see them and was helped right away. I love how clean and quiet the office is. I highly recommend everyone to get their braces done here. Susan Podray and her staff are off the chart with customer service. (Two thumbs up)

Having braces as an adult was scary and intimidating for me, but Dr. Podray and her amazing staff made it easy peasy! Always making sure my questions were completely answered. So happy I chose Serenity for my braces! My smile looks better than I ever dreamed it could!! Thank you all!
