Barbara was wonderful during the sell of our home! She answered every question we had immediately. She kept us abreast of everything that was happening, could happen or would happen. She was honest and forthright in all scenarios and circumstances. We couldn't have found a better agent to guide us in the process and ultimate outcome of the sale of our home of 22 years. Even though we had many obstacles in our way, such as our work schedules and our pets, Barbara worked around every one. I would definitely recommend Barbara Hancock for ANY real estate need. We have purchased and sold several homes with Barbara over the years. We closed on our last home on July 7th. Barbara is our go to when it comes to real estate. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the markets she serves and dedicated to finding the right home for her clients. Shes never pushy and is always very transparent during the purchase and selling process. Ive worked with several realtors in the course of my life, Barbara is by far the best.
