Fantastic company and owner!! Javier and his team do an excellent job. They are professional, communicative, and well priced. We started the yearly service with Pinnacle Lawn Care this summer (2022) and wish we had done it sooner. We have a large property, and he has taken detailed care of all areas. We've also had him do a landscaping project for us, and it turned out beautifully. We have a pool that we keep open all year, and we normally fight tremendous amounts of leaves in the pool and on the pool deck during the fall months. However, Javier and his team's efforts have paid off for us. The leaf mulching and blowing has kept the majority of our pool work to a minimum this year. It's been a true added bonus!! In April I posted on the Henry County Fb page requested a lawn care service for my mother in law and myself. I was given Pinnacle as a suggestion on the page. I did have a person email me telling me not to use this service due to the customer service. David came out and looked at both yards and quoted us a price for almost 3 acres. The yard was cut good for the most part. There were a few times that spots were completely missed and other times that we didn't get what we paid for. The ditches were suppose to be weeded with a weed eater and it was never done. Edging wasn't done that was requested. My main issue with this company was the customer service. I was informed by the owner David that his wife and mother in law were the customer service. They would get in contact with me to set up the appointments. The first time they did just that. Following that I had to reach out more than once to ask when they were coming. I understand that things come up that you can't control. What I don't appreciate is getting a text after 5:00pm on a Friday night when they are suppose to show up Tuesday telling me the following by TEXT "Good afternoon wanted to let you know our lawns in your area has got to low to be able to service your area anymore. We do apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for being a great customer" Service: Lawn mowing & maintenance
