    I love this location its accommodating cozy and sits in such a good spot interstate wise the state parks are close they have a historic shop called Josiah blessing nearby the list is long but 5 stars is short and sweet the staff I dealt with was beyond good to especially being a exclusive Wyndham platinum member and autistic they help me load my belongings from my SUV, Noteworthy details: they have a historic shop called Josiah blessing nearby the list is long but 5 stars is short and sweet

    My family and I are frequent visitors to this hotel. We have stayed at least 50 nights within the last year. We have gotten to know the staff, and they have gotten to know us and our little boy. Latonda, Tanyah, and Mae have been amazing every single time we have visited, and if they were to leave I don't think we could come back. With that said, we reserved a room for only 1 night. At check in there was a glitch with their system and it was not showing that we had paid, but on our end we were showing the charge. Mae contacted the manager, Jaimin, and explained the situation. He asked for us to send a screenshot of our acct showing the charge and that he would have to contact the owner to see if there was a credit on their end, and for us to have a seat in the lobby and he would get back to us. We are so thankful that the ladies that were working this particular visit allowed us to just go to our room to wait because if we had to wait for the manager to call back or even communicate anything to us we would have had to sit there with our toddler for 2 hours. We were extremely frustrated with how Jaimin handled that situation. The lack of communication, consideration, and customer service was completely opposite of what we are used to receiving when we are there, and this came from the manager. When he did contact us two hours later we did not even receive a phone call. He sent a text. I'm sorry, but if you are going to make a Gold Rewards Member customer wait for 2 hours over $200 with zero communication in-between, then at least have the decency to call, not send a text. We are shocked at how the manager handled this, but so thankful for Mae, Tanyah, and Candi. Jaimin could learn a thing or two from them.
