Dr. Juilette K is the best!!!!!!!!

I have been seeing Dr. K for about a year since I moved from Duluth, GA to Commerce, GA. in the Braselten office. The last 2 appointments I had received phone calls from Ashley asking to change my date and time so that Dr. K. could leave early for the day. The the morning of my rescheduled appointment last week, Ashley called me to asked me to come in earlier than 11:30. I stated I could there at 11am. I logged in at 11:03 am. I provided a urine sample. Was placed in a room. I sat for about 30 min. Then the MA came in took my vitals and left. I heard her tell others in the hallway that I was waiting for the doctor. They said she is going to eat lunch first. By then I had been waiting 1 hour. The MA came in to give me tests the doctor said I needed, at 1.5 hr mark in the exam room. I was given a covid test, flu test, strep throat test, and an EKG. I was left on the cold exam table in a paper gown, for 45 minutes. My back began to have severe spasms arching to the point my legs and feet were kicking the table. I did my best not to scream as writhed in severe pain moaning. I reminded the MA I was in due to pain from my Fibromyalgia flaring up and my Opiccital lobe was thundering in pain. I explained I was having severe all over body pain and muscle spasms and at the base of my head was throbbing than spreading to my frontal lobe, especially behind my eyes and forehead. Why would the doctor need those tests? I showed no symptoms of a cough, cold, fever, or runny nose. I had no complaints of chest pain or throat pain. About 2 hrs after having been placed in a exam room Dr. K. came in I explained the reason for the visit. I explained I needed help getting on top of the severe pain/flare up. Dr. K. not once apologized for being late after asking me to come in early so she could leave early. Dr. K. stated I needed to go the ER because she felt I may be having a stroke. The EKG was good. I stated that this was a Fibromyalgia flare up and I needed help to get on top of the pain. Dr. K. stated she would not provide a pain shot or any narcotics. And said so in a demeaning manner as though I was a druggie looking for a fix. My records at the Braselten office as well as the 3 years prior years at the Johns Creek office having seen Dr. Bailey and Dr. McIntyre office clearly stated my medical conditions including Fibromyalgia. They both treated me for fibromyalgia flare ups. I had first been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia at the age of 19 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Dr. K. finally came in the exam room, then said follow me she led me outside to my daughter who had been waiting in the car and instructed her to take me to the nearest ER. At the ER I was given shots for pain through an IV and a RX for burituates. I had been asking for Tramadol from Dr. K. So at 6pm I was released from the ER. If at any time Dr. K. was not comfortable treating someone with Fibromyalgia she should have at any time during this last year stated that I would be better served with a different doctor. Her non professional treatment of me has led me to decide not to return under her care. Shame on Pandya Medical Center, they actually advertise that they treat Fibromyalgia. Dr. K. has some issues concerning my medical conditions. Which is not my problem it is her problem. She is highly unprofessional and instead of treating me she made my condition worsen under her care and in her offices. Beware of this unprofessional doctor and the Braselten office!
