SERIOUSLY an awesome dentist!! Had to go in for a root canal and let me tell you. I felt NOTHING! No pain at all!!! He was informative and made sure I was aware and informed on everything from the procedure to pricing. His assistant (Jennifer) was very sweet and helpful, his office was SPOTLESS !!! Everyone there was cautious and taking the necessary steps to protect themselves and us from all germs. It was just an amazing experience overall 10/10 would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist!

Disappointed in seeing the reviews. I really wish I had gone to yelp before going here. One hygienist was really nice but really rough and I didn't want to hurt her feelings bc they kept pairing me with her. She was really good about remembering facts about my life- personality was great. But I have anxiety at the dentist now bc of her. I had tooth pain and a friend recommended her dentist . I went to another dentist who redid the filling free of charge for me bc he felt it looked like a toddler had done the filling and was just a mess. That was enough for me to not return..  you've been warned

I have gone here a few times for teeth cleanings. It was ok   The technician was thorough and did a good job. Then a couple of months ago I was told I needed a crown.  I went in for the preparation and to have a temporary put on. It took 2 1/2 hours. They kept pushing and drilling on my tooth. It was extremely painful. I went back 3 weeks later to find out that the permanent crown was done incorrectly and had to be redone.  After about 2 hours they put the temporary crown back on. This was on Tuesday.  On Saturday on the way to Daytona Beach it fell off.  We had to find a dentist in Florida on a Saturday that could put it back on.  We had to pay out of pocket for this.  Braselton Dental Care said they would deduct it from the bill last week when they finally put the permanent crown on. It took 3 dental assistants to get the job done.  Obviously they were all to busy to be bothered with getting my crown put on. Today I get a call from the front office saying they weren't going to deduct it and that The doctor said I should have went and got glue and put it back on myself and we should have called them even though there was no one in the office. It's not like it could have waited until Monday. There was no root canal done   The tooth was very sensitive to being touched and not to mention it needed to be cleaned and checked for infection. This place is a joke.  Run far away.  They don't care if the job is done correctly.  If it had been done correctly we wouldn't have needed a dentist on vacation.   It's not so much the dental bill in Florida, it's their attitude about the whole thing.

Dental Care of Braselton is great! Every time I come in I'm greeted in a very nice way and never have to wait very long. I have bad gums and my dental hygienist Julie has done a great job of helping me and coming up with a treatment plan. Dr. Powers is also very nice too! They also have an awesome new patient special that I took advantage of too. Overall I definitely recommend this dentist and it's much better than other places I've been to.
