        I have two businesses and they both require a good car wash . First Im a host on Turo which means I have to clean my vehicles in between rentals. I dont know what I would do without PC fresh wash on days Im not feeling quite so motivated. I am by the time I leave. The staff is friendly and always very very kind to me. my other work is ride-share . I do Lyft an Uber well I dont have to tell you the car I use that business has to be cleaned daily. Im grateful that a car wash as nice PC fresh wash came to our area. Tori since the start has been encouraging and thoughtful.Id like to give her a golden Five stars review because she has earned it.She has a great attitude making her job look easy . Its far from that ! I always look forward to seeing her and the rest of the staff each time I go. I feel like Im qualified to do this review because Im basically there six out of seven days of the week from the opening day. Im grateful for the team at PC FRESH WASH . Go by and see what you think ? A fantastic car wash and a fantastic staff . .

        Horrible experience. The "staff" is a bunch of kids who could care less about the job. They're up there goofing off and not even making an attempt to get my car prepped for the wash. They obviously don't clean the wash brush mechanism of the machine either. I got home and there were black streaks in a pattern of 3 rows evenly spaced out on the sides and back of my car. It did not clean my front bumper (there were bugs and road grime everywhere), it did not clean my windshield (bugs still on the glass), the tire shine was on half the tire but all over my wheel (black slime). There was 0 towels and 2 bottles of cleaners one of which was empty. Also, there was no "Mat washer"... It's a machine that you have to put the mat in and work it up and down against rotating brushes, there is no mat wash available from what I saw. This was there "Top" $30 package wash. Unbelievable. 0 stars if I could give it.
