Maintenance is on-point! The property is well maintained, clean and friendly. I've lived here for 4 years and have little complaints. I will say the apartments are very small with limited storage in the units. But garages are available to help. Some units are not yet updated and all (updated or not) are priced the same. They are also very pet-friendly, which is Rare! Traffic can be an issue during certain parts of the day (Base and school traffic) but isn't a major issue the rest of the time. Very quiet neighborhood, and accessible to Hwy 247, I-75, Warner Robins, Perry, as well as groceries, shopping and delivery!

I wish I could give this apartment complex a negative star review. Please do not move into this complex it is overly priced and they will nickle and dime you for every little thing and ignore your phone calls or request. I wish I never moved into this place...it has been awful from the noisy neighbors, pot smoke and the lack of reinforcement from the front office and police . I literally called and told the police there was a drunk guy sitting in front of my apartment drinking sitting in his car drivers seat blasting music until 1 in the morning! They did nothing I left for work the next day and sure enough there was like 8 empty beer bottles sitting on the seat. I let the office know they did nothing. Just avoid this place at all cost or if you do reas the fine print very carefully before signing the lease. You have to give a 60 day notice if you want to move out there are all kinds of things in the 46 page lease that you will want to read the fine print because they make you responsible for everything even when it's their fault!

Nice place ran by nice people. Open communication leads to better service. Be sure to provide notice if you are not renewing your lease it will bite you. I made that mistake. The office is nice about it though. Had a bit of a bug problem, but all the bugs were dead when we found them, just bad sealing witch is easily fixable. Maintenance is adequate. Had some low priority items that never really got resolved before we left but for big deal things like AC and Water they are very responsive so I was happy.
