Working with this firm was such a great first-time home-buying experience. My husband and I both work full time but wanted to find a home near Bradenton. Our schedules were not easy to work with, but thankfully Lee was more than happy to work around our schedules

WOW....I was so impressed with the Forbes Property Group and Lee Forbes and highly recommend Lee and his company. I was totally in giving up on selling my home and could not understand why it was not selling. It was not my home it is finding the right person who is well experienced, knows the business, has people skills, great negotiator and most of all kept me at ease as I moved to Arizona. Lee was always 20+ steps ahead of me and answered calls, texts and email anytime of the day including while he was on vacation with his family. My home was displayed in so many various property sites that it was visible out in the internet. In less than 2 weeks my home had a FIRM contract pending and closed. Lee sent informational packages for me to read and help with the move. The morning of my closing I received this text from Lee Forbes “Happy closing day to you! We should have confirmation for you within the next few hours. Lee Forbes”. Now that is someone who knows how to keep his client informed! Lee THANK YOU for going the 100 miles for me! My experience with Lee and the team was exceptional. When looking for a realtor my first priority was to find a realtor that could sell my property fast to avoid any downtime. I contacted Lee and expressed my interest, within minutes of the first phone call he sent me emails containing information I needed to sell my home and information about his team. Fast forward to when I was ready to sell. I contacted Lee the day I finished getting the house sale ready. He had the house listed and marketed within about 18 hours. Phenomenal. We had so many viewings within the first week it was extremely reassuring. I do not think that another realtor could have gotten the amount of traffic we did. Lee has a very large network and is a great realtor. My home received an offer above original asking within 5 days of listing. Because of Lee's attentiveness we were able to close within ONE MONTH of listing my home. Outside of being a great realtor, Lee is a genuine and smart guy with great professional communication. I could email or text Lee at any time or day and expect a response within minutes. I would recommend Lee and team to anyone in the manatee/Sarasota area, and beyond.
