Our hot water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. I called Ridge Plumbing and spoke with a very pleasant lady who probably hadnt even had time to put her purse down yet. She took my information and forwarded me to the Service Department. Again, the representative was extremely courteous and promised they would be out to my house within a few hours with a new hot water heater. Tony Goodwin called me within 2 hours to tell me he was on his way, and sure enough he was at my house in 15 minutes. I did not have to repeat what I told the receptionist first thing this morning. He came equipped with the exact water heater that I requested. We discussed the amount of the bill and after agreement he went to work. He had everything he needed to complete the job. He left my basement in better shape than when he arrived. He did not leave a mess for me to clean up. He explained everything I needed to know about the new water heater and I happily paid when he was done. Thank you, Ridge Plumbing for your professionalism.

We asked this company to help us with a propane hot water heater that would not light. They visited and noted the hot water heater would not light. After the technician called back to the office, we were told it was under warranty and they could order the parts and install them. We would be responsible for the labor. They returned one week later with the parts and installed them in about one hour. We were presented with a bill for $450.00. I was shocked!! I told the technician that we definitely would not be using this company again. Shane reached out to me to make things right. We discussed the visits of his technicians and he is going to use the points I made to improve his companys communication with his clients. I thanked him for his follow-up and wish his company well.

Ive had Ridge Plumbing to my newer house in Blue Ridge to upgrade and repair numerous issues that I didnt trust to the original builders plumbing crew. Always great communication and professional results. I cant say enough good about this company.
