My journey with this exceptional duo began in 2020 when I set out to find land for a cabin in Blue Ridge. It was the early days of the pandemic, and the real estate market was surging. I was initially referred to Keri through a local contact, a distant acquaintance, and my respect for her has only grown since. Keri possesses an unparalleled work ethic and approaches contract negotiations and dealings with a keen strategic mindset. As I navigated the challenges of finding land for sale to build a cabin during this tumultuous time, Keri helped me secure an offer on an existing home amidst stiff competition, with 12 other offers, many of which were cash (mine was financing). Her husband, Cody, is a down-to-earth and knowledgeable individual. There were instances during the pandemic when he and I collaborated due to Keri's conflicting commitments, and he proved to be equally enjoyable and knowledgeable to work with. Keri and I have remained in contact and have successfully collaborated on two more contracts since then. I can't praise them enough. In an era where some shy away from hard work, Keri and Cody are true hustlers who go above and beyond to turn your real estate dreams into reality.
