Their crew are very polite and professional as well. Trustworthy with a strong work ethic. I hope to use their services again and cannot recommend highly enough. Josh is friendly, responsive, and impressively knowledgeable. He helped us get what we wanted done as well as make improvements necessary for prolonging the life of our home, such as installing retaining walls and drainage systems. It took them just over a week to build a railing, build two small retention walls, move dirt, install in ground drainage systems, and do some simple landscaping. The only reason it took that long was rain. He and Dustin were willing to work with me on my payment method as well. I highly recommend Josh and Grass Monkey Landscaping. His customer service is above and beyond. We used this company to construct our outdoor living area/firepit and its become my favorite part of the cabin. He took his time detailing the process and running through various options to make sure I was happy. He was communicative during the process, providing status updates and timelines. He went the extra effort to make sure I was 100% pleased with the end product. 10/10 for service and craftsmanship.
