Not gonna lie, this one surprised me a little. I regret that I had low anticipations for this hotel, but that came from a couple of disappointing stays at other Hilton properties in the days leading up to this stay. This hotel is in a perfect location for where you want to be in Blue Ridge, close to the downtown area. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was very very nice. The restaurant on the roof is very cool and I wish I had more time to spend there. The staff at the restaurant were great and the food, which I brought back to our room, was really good. Great job to the hotel and your staff

Hampton inn was a good place to stay and I like the room that we stay at because we had a good view looking out the window and the train and i gave all y'all 5 Stars

We stayed here during our recent vacation. This is a beautiful new hotel located in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, tucked between a mix of local breweries, wineries, restaurants, and retail shops. The room was nicely decorated and was clean. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, offering several choices of meals each day. And the rooftop bar overlooking the area was awesome, great drinks and food. The weather was brisk and we enjoyed the views, simply spectacular! Great service and friendly staff. The location is perfect, so we thoughtuntil early morning when we were woken up by the blasting whistle at 7:30am of the Polar Express train just outside our window. Shortly thereafter we heard the trash truck picking up and the loud metal dumpsters banging and tossed onto the ground wouldnt let us get back to sleep. This is a brand new hotel built in 2021. I dont know what the developers and owners were thinking when building this hotel but they shouldve been more considerate to the guests staying here and not their bank accounts! I think thicker windows and walls with good soundproofing would have made sense. Overall great location, and in our opinion the rooftop bar is the best feature of this hotel. Unfortunately, these are not enough reasons to entice us in staying here again. For these reasons I cannot rate this hotel more than 3 stars. Sorry! 031824
