Hooties tinted the windows in my wifes new Lexus. They did an outstanding job showing us the options in tint and installing ours cleanly and quickly. I was impressed by the professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. Many tint shops are ummm, a little shady but not Hooties, where they get it right! Thanks Jade, Hoodie, and team!

They are very professional at what they do and very accurate of knowing how to tint and the staff know there business I was very impressed of how much the two women was very experienced of telling you the rite tint to put on. I plan for another trip to get more tinting. I would recommend hooties tinting to anyone

We had Hooties come to our house to tint 2 large trapezoid windows that are 21 feet off the floor. We had previously used them to tint windows on a couple of our vehicles and they did excellent work. This residential window tinting was new to us. They assured us multiple times that if there was ever an issue there was a lifetime guarantee and we only needed to call them. The day after they were at our house was a sunny day and when the sun hit the windows I was shocked. They had left the windows a mess with squeegee drips all down both windows and what looked like air bubbles on the left window. We called them and the owner came out and said that the workers had forgotten the window cleaner the day they put the tint on and had no way to clean the windows. I was in disbelief that they thought it was ok to leave our windows in that condition. We do not own the type of ladder needed to get up there and clean the windows. The owner proceeded to go up and clean the windows and we thanked him. The next sunny day when the sun once again hit the windows it was obvious that there was a problem with something under the film on the right window and the air bubbles were still on the left window so we called them again. When they came out it was the same guys who did the original install and they proceeded to bring their ladder in. They never had any intention of fixing the issue. We were very rudely informed that they were going to remove the tint film from our windows and refund our money as it was obvious that they were not going to be able to satisfy us. They never even tried to correct the problem. I asked the person why they thought it was ok to leave the windows in the condition they did when they did the original install but he would not answer my question. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will they ever get our business again I am editing my review to add pictures of how our windows looked when Hooties employees removed the tint from our windows. I see Mr. Barnes apology but even though they refunded all our money it does not make up for the condition our windows are now in. We had a professional window cleaning come out to clean them which took almost 2 hours for them to complete. Now even though the windows are clean they are all scratched up from repeatedly being scraped on when they were removing the tint.
