I know a lot of people will say bad things about the company or their service, but the two staff members that handled my concerns were exceptional. The 5 stars I am giving is for them. My internet concerns had nothing to do with the company. It was because someone within the area had a bad main line cable that had been cut.

Paddy thank you very much for your help, the power company cut our internet cabel ,one call and Paddy sent kinetic technicians after 2 hours internet was back in our house...I read a few complaints about your company , but I must say that I m very happy, maybe people wo call you vompany should put a smile on their face on the phone, again thank you very much. Paddy a good employee like you should get a nice future.

Expensive and no one answers the phone the last month or two. Plus if it ever goes out it takes multiple days to come fix or move something. Theres lines all up in the ditch just strung about Big Sky Dr in Hiawassee. Been like that for two years. Save yourself a headache and get emc. Im signing up for T-Mobile Home as its better than this junk.
